Davis Calibration Opens State-of-the-Art Calibration Laboratory

--New Suburban Baltimore Location to Serve as Prototype--

BALTIMORE – April 23, 2009 – Davis Calibration (DavisCalibration.com), a world leader in the calibration of test, measurement and control instrumentation, announced today the opening of its new, state-of-the-art calibration lab in Timonium, Md.

The new lab, which replaces a previous Baltimore location, is one of 29 such Davis facilities nationwide. Compared to the previous site, it has 12,000 square feet of additional space, including 1,500 square feet that is a controlled environment space.

Designed by Davis Calibration engineers, the new lab features leading-edge calibration testing equipment, a streamlined workflow layout and substantially improved logistics. The convenient location improves access for employees, clients, freight deliveries and pick-up.

The lab is adjacent to the new Davis Calibration headquarters that opened on February 23, 2009.
